Character Construction Okay, enough background info. Time to make up a character. For this adventure your character will come from the continent of Edien, an adventurer about to head to the New World. And before you ask you cannot play a character from the new world...I would have to spoil stuff to you and I won't do that. ^^ Character points are as follows: 17 for stats, 17 for Ability Points, and 20 Skill points. Character may either take 50 Gold Pieces or take 1 Common Weapon and Level 1 Armour. Characters may have 3 common items on them. Please note that the following Attributes Do not exist in this campaign for PC's. They are: Cybernetics, Own Big Robot. The Acrobatics and Foccused Combat are replaced by the Skills equivilant. Also note any high tech skills also do not exist for character since Steam Tech hasn't been around for most of them to learn. Useable books for Character construction are BESM only. Other skills and attributes may be brought over at GM approval only (No-sub attributes though). Certain Gun Bunny attributes can be applied to bows and crossbows. Also magical bows do exist with similar affects and reactions as guns (allowing two to be held at once). These must be paid for as Items of Power though since they are not common weapons (They have a special affects). For Defects all High tech defects do not exist and are not useable for the game. And as for anything else anime, well it's anything goes. Magical Girls, Martial artists, Pop singers...You name it and it should be a go for the game as long as you take into account the fantasy setting of the campaign. Magic must be discussed with the GM before taking and will be met with another write up seperate from this. and remember, have fun with your character!!!
