This was the soundtrack to the movie Manga Entertainment released as Ninja Scroll. There were two vocals, track 8 and 15, while the other thirteen round up the BGM. Kaoru Wada composed the music. There were no pages to the book but rather four index-type sheets. Each sheet has an image on one side and credits and lyrics on the opposite side. The link below has images of the four sheets.
