This was the third and final soundtrack to the Full Moon wo Sagashite TV series. The CD was done in the format as a concert with tracks 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, and 11 having dialogue (ie drama) with the remaining tracks being vocal. The final track was performed by Arina Tanemura, who wrote the manga to Full Moon wo Sagashite.
