Censorship sucks!
I'm watching television and I came across a television commercial about baby wipes. Anyway, at the end of the commercial, it showed an image of the baby happily running away from the camera where you can see its naked butt. This makes me wonder about what the hell is wrong with censorship. What the fuck's with censorship?! It's because of all those people out there that get offended at everything, even stupid stuff like rants on a person's webpage, that we have to suffer through such anally retentive forms of censorships.
Here's a question I have. What the fuck is wrong with censorship that it allows us to see a baby's ass but not a girl's ass? It doesn't make sense. Think of it. An ass is and ass is an ass. Why the hell should we be allowed to see the ass of a baby but not of a girl's ass? Who wants to see a baby's ass? Does the censors think that because we don't care about a baby's ass that it's all right for it to be displayed? Well, we don't care about that annoying comedian, Carrot Top, but he's still seen on television. What gives?
Censorship really sucks. Curse words are always being censored. It's bullshit. It's because of asshole censors that those words are changed into something more appropriate. You know what words they are. A-hole, and the F-word, and BS. Y'know what? F-that! It's BS that a-hole censors make perfectly normal words seem 'bad'. How the hell are the 'bad' words 'bad' anyway? Who gives people the right to decide what 'bad' words are? Is there some kind of committee that came together to decide what the 'bad' words are and how they should be censored? Most likely. They're probably made up of the same people that believe we shouldn't eat animals. And what the hell's with that? If animals don't want us eating them, then they shouldn't be born made of meat that taste so damn good in the first place. Sure, we're made of meat and should perhaps eat each other then, but we won't hafta worry about that since there are animals to eat around to eat in first place.
How is 'shit' a bad word? Its origin came from the acronym 'S.H.I.T.' which stood for 'Ship High In Transit'. Back then ships that transported manure would mysteriously blow up due to methane gas build up and a some idiot carrying a lantern down into the cargo hold where the buildup occurs. Shortly after the cause was discovered, the manure was usually transported on the deck to keep everything aired-out to prevent the build up of methane gas. That is how shit came about, because it referred to the nasty smell those kinds of 'Ship High In Transit' gave off.
How is 'fuck' a bad word? When you hear that, you automatically think it refers to some form of procreation, a natural process to ensure the survival of a species. Anyway, where does 'fuck' come from? Well, it's derived from the Danish word 'fokken' which means to breed cattle and the Swedish word 'fokka' which means to copulate. Some people believes it mean 'Fornication Under Consent of the King' or 'Fornication Under Carnal Knowledge' or such. Either way, it doesn't really matter. It's still a derivative of a word or words. If we seem to have problems with derivatives of words, then maybe we should eliminate our own spoken language since most of the words are derived from Latin in some way or another.
There are a lotta 'bad' words that aren't really that bad. Like the word "Motherfucker", what's that? Hm....perhaps a FATHER might fit that word? And the word 'Piss'? Hm, that's a natural function. And the word 'Tits'? Oh man, you've gotta be fucking kidding me. How is that word considered 'bad'? Is it because it's demeaning to 'breasts'? Then wouldn't that mean something like 'chick' would be considered 'bad' since it's basically demeaning to 'female'? And the word "cocksucker"? That refers to a person that gives oral sex on a male genital, right? What's wrong with that? And last but not least, 'Cunt'. What's wrong with that? It's just another word for 'pussy'. If it's considered offensives, shouldn't the word 'snatch' or 'beaver' be considered 'bad' words as well?
There are seven words that are not to be heard on television. They are 'Shit', 'Fuck', 'Cunt', 'Motherfucker', 'Tits', 'Cocksucker' and 'Piss'. Do you realize how stupid censors are? Three of those words refer to human functions (ie: Shit, Fuck, Piss). Two of them refer to body parts (ie: Cunt, Tits). The last two refer to sexual usage (Motherfucker, Cocksucker). Way to go, you guys censored words that are used fairly often in everyday language.
Want a word that should be considered 'bad'? How about 'Blue-Balls'? That's an evil word that no man wants to suffer through. It brings up bad memories, something a man sometimes suffer through from reading too much erotica stories, or looking at too much porno without jerking off, or not being able to 'fuck' when they were so sure they were going to 'fuck'. You get the idea. How about the word 'rape'? It represents a horrible trauma in a person's life that no one would wish upon someone else. And what about the word 'Papercut'? Those things hurt like a motherfucker. No one likes getting those, not even masochists. And 'jailbait'? That words refer to a girl that is not of legal age, where the guy is therefore forced to exercise sexual restraint which would result in 'Blue-Balls'. If you think about it, 'bad' words should center around a guy's penis because, to a guy, a penis is very 'good' and anything 'bad' happening to said penis is considered 'bad'. Let's not even begin to fathom the thought of just how 'bad' a 'papercut' would be on the penis. Anyway, there are more 'bad' words out there that would represent 'bad' things better. The 'bad' words currently being censored aren't really 'bad' if you think about it since they represent things that aren't considered 'bad' in the first place.
How come words like fugly don't seem to offend people? It's short for 'Fucking Ugly'. Fugly should be an offensive word, right? It's weird. There are more words that are considered more offensive than other words. What about something like 'Nigger'? I hear that word on television without it being censored. What gives? I can be walking around in public and just talking to my friend and swearing up a storm saying 'fuck-this and fuck-that' and no one would really mind. But if I walk around saying 'Nigger-this and Nigger-that' I'm pretty sure some African-American would over hear me and probably kick my ass. It's obvious that some words are more sensitive to others so why aren't they being censored on the television? It doesn't make sense.
Look, all I know is that I'm pissed off with censorship. If censors don't want us seeing naked bodies, fine. But for God fucking sakes, what the hell's with their problem with 'bad' words? There are 'bad' words that convey the spoken/written language perfectly. I use it a lot. There is no word better to use to describe someone incredibly stupid without using 'fuck' in it. 'Dumb fuck' is probably the greatest, most demeaning insult you can give to describe someone lacking intelligence. Something like 'Flaming Idiot' or 'Stupid Moron' doesn't sound nearly as effective for describing those astronomical morons that exists out there, the 'dumb fucks'.
Okay, so I might sound like an idiot because of my overly use of profanity. Y'know what? I don't care. Sure, some people believe the excessive use of profanity means a lack in vocabulary or lack in being articulate. Y'know what? I still don't care. Once again, those are YOUR opinions and MY opinions differ from your own. Besides, if I got worried over what people thought of me by the way I write in my rants, I wouldn't be writing rants in the first place. I can write just as well without using profanity in any of my rants. I just choose not to. Why? Because I don't believe profanity is bad or offensive in the first place which is why I use it. The people who DO get offended at me, I don't care about because they're the ones that are most likely heading those censor bureaus that are preventing me from seeing naked chicks and swearing on my television. Those are the people I think should shut the fuck up and move to an island and stay there, away from me and things that they could bitch about and try and censor.
